David has a Bachelor of Commerce and is accredited with AIPA. As the CEO David oversees the day to day operation of the centre as well as looking after finance and accounting.	Melinda has a Bachelor of Communication Design and has a background in Marketing and Promotions, Audio-Visual Production and 8 years experience as a Graphic Designer accross Multi-Media platforms.	Claudinia has a wealth of experience in working in remote communities in the Northern Territory and brings great knowledge to her position. Claudinia has a great relationship with the Cultural Practitioners we represent and can tailor education workshops to suit

The Cultural Centre’s Board of Directors is made up of 8 Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community members.

The Board consists of the following community representatives.

2 Directors from the Wulgurukabba traditional custodians.
2 Directors from the Bindal traditional custodians
2 Directors from the Torres Strait Islander community
2 Directors from any other Aboriginal traditional custodian group.
